Omnitrax Retail is committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. Below, you’ll find details on our shipping process, including estimated delivery times from our East and West Coast warehouses, to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Things to Note on Shipping

• Same-Day Shipping: For same-day shipping, call us toll-free at (888) 123-4567 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM CST). We aim to ship in-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM CST on the same day, though this may not always be possible during peak times or holidays.
• Business Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. A standard business day is 9 AM – 6 PM CST. Shipping times (e.g., two-day or three-day) are based on business days, excluding holidays.
• Delivery Signature: Orders over $1,000 require a delivery signature. Omnitrax Retail is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if a signature is not provided for orders of $1,000 or more.
• Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 1:00 PM CST will require one additional business day for processing.

Shipping Methods

We offer Standard, Expedited, and Overnight shipping through trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

• Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days within the continental U.S.
• Expedited Shipping: Typically 2-3 business days within the continental U.S.
• Overnight Shipping: Available for select items and locations, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Call (888) 123-4567 for a quote.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii may have limited carrier service options. For U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), please submit your cart for a custom shipping quote by entering your postal code at checkout, as standard rates may not apply.

PO Box or Military Addresses

UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, etc.). For these addresses, please call (888) 123-4567 to place your order via USPS, Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM CST.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times typically range from 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

FedEx Notes

FedEx Home & Ground Delivery: FedEx Home delivers to residential addresses Tuesday through Saturday (not Sunday or Monday). FedEx Ground delivers to business addresses Monday through Friday.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Track your package on our website or through the carrier’s portal.
