Warranty & Guarantee

Omnitrax Retail guarantees all products against defects for one year from the purchase date. We offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided all return conditions are met (see Returning a Product & Damaged Shipments). All products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty for workmanship and materials. Labor is not included. Failures due to misuse, incorrect installation, or related component issues are not covered by the warranty and are not the liability of Omnitrax Retail.

Ordering – Things to Know

We ship orders to addresses in the USA and Canada only and do not accept requests for international shipping outside these regions. All prices are in U.S. dollars, and transactions must be completed in U.S. dollars. Residents of certain states may have applicable state and local sales tax added to their order at checkout. To ensure smooth order processing, please provide a correct daytime phone number and email address. If we have questions about your order and cannot reach you, your order may be delayed until we hear from you.

Backorders

If an item is backordered, it will automatically ship once received in our warehouse within 30 days, unless you notify us otherwise. To cancel a backordered item, contact our customer service team at (888) 123-4567. If receipt of a backordered item exceeds 30 days, we will contact you prior to shipment for approval.
